Mum was born to the sound of the bow bells in East London. She was daughter of Peggy also known as the Dutchess, and Stan. She loved to tell everyone that fact. Mum was a true Cockney, a loving, caring but stubborn soul. She met my dad Andy going on a blind date. Who knew back then it would lead to marriage and a handsome son. Mum was a very hard worker. She had a few jobs I.e a secretary for health authority, a secretary for the MET police, a kennel hand and the last job before her retirement was a boarding kennel and catery manager. Mum loved animals, she was such a massive animal lover that she at one point, at different times, had about 23 rabbits, 2 goats, 20 cats then 15 dogs. She moved to Sidcup, where she lived for around 14 years, little did she know this was where she would find out she had a grandson. She met Oakley and instantly fell in love with him. She was then gifted 2 more grandchildren, Scarlett and Jason. The last few years of her life she lived in eastchurch in sheppey. She made many friends on the island, even online ones that she would offer a shoulder to cry on or someone to rant to. Mum was loved by many, by people she knew and knew her, but also by people who had never met her. She was so proud of her grandchildren, they brightened up her day even through a video call. We will all miss Mum so much, we will never forget her and she will always and forever be in our hearts. We love you Mum.
