Obituary

About Leroy's Life

Leroy is survived by his son lee Anthony Watson and Grand children Tyler Watson now aged 11 and Kyle Watson aged 8.

Also Mum Elaine and older brother Ian.

Leroy attended Richard Aitken’s primary School New Park Road, Brixton hill, London.

Eventually aged 7 Leroy would move from new park road to May all road in Brixton where he then went to Hill Mead Primary School then a year or so later moving to Cressingham gardens in Tulse Hill.

Leroy went to Tulse hill secondary school and many class mates remain life long friends from those days and even earlier.

Leroy was a very talented sports person he loved to play football from an early age and later played

for local seven seals district football team.

Other sports Leroy particularly enjoyed were Cricket, Table Tennis, Fishing and Cycling.

He loved adventure so would often go camping to Wales and other places with family members and friends or long distance cycle rides of up to 300 miles or more.

Generally Leroy always seemed to make the most of life, he loved Music and entertaining, a real people person.

He and best friend Paul (Alias Kurnall P/ Alias Indian paul) amongst many others would often play at parties and events.

The carnival was something they both looked forward to each year with eager anticipation and they rocked the crowds with dub plates and the latest tunes, classics from lovers rock to Roots reggae and rare Groove. during carnival he was in his element playing music entertaining and dancing away.

A few years after leaving school his son Lee was born and he took to his new roll as a dad.

Other loves WWF Leroy was a huge fan, also Boxing and kung foo.

Fishing was another love and he would often go carp fishing with cousins Eddie, Phil, Ben to name a few.
