The family wishes to extend deep gratitude to all, for the prayers, support, comforting messages, calls, flowers, cards and gifts during this time of bereavement.
It is with great sadness that we have to announce that Our beloved mum passed away on the 29th June 2023. She bravely battled cancer for the last year with positivity and a smile while still constantly looking out for and helping others. She is at peace now and is with her soulmate and with other loved ones lost.

We will be having the funeral service at 11 am at Islington Crematorium.
The service will be approximately 45 minutes.
We ask not for any flowers to be bought but if you have already done so please bring them to the wake instead.

Suzanne Pembe Serman aka “Sue”, passed away peacefully on June 29th 2023 with her family by her side after bravely battling cancer for the last year. Her family and friends are deeply saddened by her death and comforted that she is now at peace. Sue was born on July 23, 1962.
Sue is survived by her mother Sheila Ibrahim, stepmother Rosemary Ibrahim; her children Erol Jeyda, Ediz and his wife Mandi. Forever remembered by her siblings Dennis and Elmaz and her grandchildren Esra and Ayla.
Sue was predeceased by her husband Izzet Serman. Her father Hulus Ibrahim. As well as her father and mother-in-law Ahmet and Fatma Serman.
Sue was born in Islington, London. where spent her early years growing up. She attended St Marks Church of England school. She, later on, attended Shelbourne Girls School.
