It has a dedicated Muslim section and was first awarded a Green Flag in 2009 in recognition of it being one of the best open spaces in the area and has retained this award ever since. There are no new graves at present, only crypts & vaults available
New graves at Wood Green Cemetery can be dug for 2+ internments, allowing future burials in the same grave.
