In Loving Memory
It is with deep sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Martina Cecilia Murphy at her home.
Our beloved mother and daughter, adored and lived on by her tribe of grand daughters, brother, sister, niece, nephews and many friends. She will be missed dearly.
Mum touched the hearts of all she met and a hole will be left in all of us with her untimely passing. As an artist, our mum always had a creative outlook on life, one that was infectious. A problem solver and a nurturer, mum always knew the right thing to say. She will be forever remembered for her humour, kindness and that wonderful smile. May she rest in peace.Breakspear Crematorium

Tina, Tina, what can I say? In a lot of ways, we were like two peas in a pod. You was ever so loving and kind, Your sense of humour was second to none, each time we meet up we we would have so much to talk about, we could talk about anything and we did and the last time was in the hospital and even though you was in pain there was no difference you cracked me up just like you always do. Your children and grandchildren family and friends was your world. You gave us much more of yourself than you would ever know, now that the decide that it’s time for you to rest we have no choice but to let you go, we know that your spirit will be watching over your girls. You and I always called ourselves the slyimsya girls and we laughed our heads off, right now there’s one thing I know you’re gone but you will never be forgotten, every morning when I am sending morning wishes I’ve got to remind myself that you are not where I think you are, I love you my friend and you will always be in my heart and each time I look at our grandchildren I see you. I am now a surrogate to your two beautiful girls.
Never short on words mum would often get chatting to people in the street or the bus stop. I’d always tell her to stop talking to everyone, we don’t know who they are, but now looking back. I’m glad she did. That was mum, generous, kind and always there.
You had this knack of always knowing the answer to any problem that I needed solving. You taught me and my girls how to not be afraid to be an individual. The world is such a darker place for me now you’re not here. Love you always mum ❤️
May the special memories you have of Tina help you through this sad time. Thinking of you all as you celebrate Tina’s life. Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. Love from Mary, Paul and Tina xxx

So so many memories of Tina, spent past few days randomly smiling and occasionally laughing to myself loudly when thinking them, that’s a good imprint on someone and she was good at that. I will miss our random messages and calls. Most of all she was a generous, kind, hilariously funny and loved her family and especially her girls who have grown into exceptionally beautiful strong women too. I was privileged to know her xx
Tina always had bags of energy and was generous in sharing it. She didn’t judge other people and she gave the world far more than she took from it.
My dear Tina, I have been so lucky to have you in my life for 24 years, sharing silly teenagers giggles even though we were supposed to be adults then always looking at the positive side of life, like in our early 40s we were saying we were still on the right side of the 40s, the same during our 50s. I shall miss the unplanned phone calls between Harrow and Lanzarote at any time of the day or night, a friend to share anything about life. I will keep communicating with your beautiful girls while you will be watching over them in your own way. You are in my heart, always, dearest Tina.
