Philip Dulley, known as DJ Magnet It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Philip Dulley, fondly known as DJ Magnet, a devoted husband and father, on Friday 3rd May 2024.  Phil, as he was affectionately called, was a beloved figure in his community, known for his boundless love for music, his family, and his unwavering kindness. From a young age, Phil had a deep passion for music, a love that only grew stronger over the years.  As DJ Magnet, he brought joy to countless people through his music, sharing this passion with his beloved wife, Lou, who was seldom apart from him.  Their bond of 20 years was one of admiration and devotion, a true testament to their love story. Phil was not only a music enthusiast but also an avid animal lover.  He cherished the time spent with his family, friends and his pets, creating memories filled with laughter, love, and practical jokes. His great sense of humour and penchant for practical jokes brought smiles to many faces, and his unique laugh would always bring a smile when you heard it. Throughout his life, Phil enjoyed various careers, but his favorites always involved driving and DJing.  Whether it was the bank runs he did, his job at SJB, or working with Stuart fitting boilers, Phil loved being on the road.  He cherished these roles, particularly because they allowed him to work with friends, combining his professional life with camaraderie and joy. Known for his remarkable character, Phil was the epitome of an amazing, caring, honest, loyal, and a gentlemanly person.  His integrity and kindness were unmatched, making him a go-to person in times of need.  Phil had a way of making everyone feel special and heard, always ready with a listening ear and a helping hand. Phil leaves behind a legacy of love, music, and compassion.  He will be deeply missed by his wife, Lou; his children, Rhiannon, Fern, Stanton and Eryn; and all those who were fortunate enough to know him. A celebration of Phil's life will be held on 17th June at North East Surrey Crematorium, Lower Morden Lane, Morden, Surrey SM4 4NU. The service will start at 9.20 am.  In lieu of flowers, you are welcome to arrange some or if you'd prefer to donate; the family asks that donations be made to Phil’s Gofundme page, in honor of Phil to help support his family. Phil Dulley's spirit will forever live on in the hearts of those he touched.  His memory will be a melody that plays on in our lives, a testament to the remarkable man he was. Rest in peace, Philip.  You will always be remembered and loved.
