My beloved brother… my father-figure… my soul — Vijji From childhood to today, you have been my breath, my identity, my pillar of strength. You were the golden ray of hope in every dark moment, the morning sunlight that lifted me, the winter warmth that held me close. You were the kinetic energy of my being, my silent guardian, my spirit-angel. Your love shaped my life. Your memories will guide every step I take. You are not gone, Vijji… you live in every heartbeat of mine. OUR NARAD MUNI

Vijay, it was such a pleasure to work and sit next to you in Hatch for several years. Shocked to hear the news, you were one of the kindest, friendliest people I’ve met in the industry – always smiling and offering words of wisdom! Thinking of all your family in this most difficult time.

Dear Vijji, Your sudden departure has left us stunned. Life’s journey is full of unexpected turns. May you find peace and attain satgathi. Remembering our childhood days, you were a son who made your parents proud. From what I’ve known of you, you’ve lived a full and inspiring life, touching the lives of those around you, especially Chinni. Vijay was one of the bright stars of Salem Steel Plant Marketing team. He was working with me always cheerful and ready to do any work. I was very lucky to have him in my team. He left for higher studies and better prospects. It was a big loss for Salem Steel. I talked to him a few times when he was working and later doing his consultancy. It will be a big loss for the family. Kindly accept our heartfelt condolences. May his Athma attain Satgathi at the Lotus feet of Lord. Om Shanti Om Shanti.
Though I knew Vijay for only a year, his warmth and openness made it feel like a lifetime of friendship. A brilliant, kind soul who made every conversation feel meaningful and every moment lighter. Even through his most difficult times, he carried a smile and an incredible positivity. He had a rare gift of making everyone around him feel valued. An extraordinary person and a profound loss—he truly touched the lives of everyone who crossed his path. May the Almighty give strength to his family to bear this loss. May his soul attain Moksha. Om Shanti
I had the privilege of working with Vijay for a few years at Hatch. He stood out as a knowledgeable, humble and friendly person.who loved to spend time in nature. His premature departure from this world leaves a void. I will miss him. Johan
I did not in my wildest imagination think I would have to write this eulogy. It is heartbreaking to think that you left us too early and your trip down under is left behind. I feel so happy and privileged to have shared a special bond with you in this journey together and will continue to celebrate your accomplishments and beautiful memories of our great times. The infectious laughter and joy you bring to our lives with your cheeky attitude will always make me smile and it saddens me deeply that I can’t hear you laugh anymore or call me Akka again and will miss the long conversations with you. Viji – you will always be remembered as a kind and loving human being and the boys will cherish their precious moments and conversations that you continued to have with them during the time of your hospitalisation. Viji I will forever admire your tenacious spirit and your courage to face the challenges with an inquisitive mind and attitude Rest in peace my dear little brother and you will be deeply missed by all of us.
Our heartfelt condolences to the bereaved family God give strength to his family to overcome his loss
Vijay was the cleverest, kindest and most gentle person. It was always a good day in his company. With much laughter and wonderful conversation. He will be greatly missed.
Vijay- I don’t know what to say. So, I’ll start with …you’re amazing wife. Renuka – you introduced us to Vijay and your family, we will always be grateful, thank you. We shall always remember taking photos by the lions at the Tower of London. A quiet glass of fine port in Buckinghamshire…sorry Vijay- believe you paid for that one later. Did the cherry juice work? And sharing the joy of steam trains in the Severn valley. It didn’t matter that the day was a crazy 40C in England so no steam train could run. We still got to see an elephant. Good old diesel! Didn’t know you’d go so quick. Off to your next adventure. No time to say goodbye. We will catch up soon, or later. And what wonderful conversation we shall have. Katrina
From our family to yours, we cannot tell you how much Vijai’s wife, Lalitha Aunty and chinni are going to miss Vijai. He will live on in our hearts. Dhinakaran &family

Vijay is such a fun loving and ever smiling person who creates a lasting impact on everyone around even with just one meeting. His laugh is really infectious. A great son to his mother and an extremely wonderful husband to his wife.. may his noble soul rest in peace.
Spent a lot of time while in school as classmates. Strangely never crossed paths again. Memory though time and again did find access. You are never gone dear Vijay, no one is for that matter; your stay is etched in the story of life immortal. Much love.
Vijay – you and I were at Chinmaya High School. Chandru and I were in A section and you were in B. Even though we were there for 3-4 years in those early years our mutual admiration and respect towards each other showed in the broad smile with which we used to greet each other. Thanks for sharing the smiles even today with this picture. Best wishes to family and friends. Keep smiling was our school motto – you are/were one of the few who carried the school motto till the last minute. Your smile remains forever in my heart. That’s a promise.
We are extremely sad to hear about Viji’s passing. He will be truly missed. Our deepest sympathies to the family. Thinking of you all and sending love and strength. Seshachalam, Padma, Manohar and Jeyshree

Your colleagues and clients appreciated how clever you were and how hard you worked – you were always willing to go the extra mile when we had a challenging project or tight deadline. You have touched many lives and will be greatly missed.
Dear friend vijay. We were classmates in school in high school. I remember you as very silent and humble person. You were loved by all. We cherish your memories. We will miss you. Rest in peace dear friend.

Vijay and Renuka have been part of our lives at every milestone for the last 18 years. It was always a pleasure to meet Vijay with his infectious smile and calm demeanour. We would have engaging conversations on various topics especially around food. Our boys still remember an intense evening of playing Catan at home and Vijay’s deep involvement in the game and his constant laughter at how competitive the boys were for a simple board game. He would always enquire about the boys cricket seasons being an avid cricket fan himself . Such wonderful memories etched in our minds. Sorry you left us so early. The whole family will miss you dearly. Rest in peace and sure you are lighting up there with your bright smile. OM SHANTI

Now is what matters. It is not about what is in store for us in life, it is about how we live it now. That is what keeps popping into my mind when I think of the brief times I spent with Vijay decades ago and then again recently. His quick smile and demeanour instantly recognizable after decades. Happy travels, friend.
Although we only knew Vijay as a neighbour, his beautiful smile and kind presence will be sorely missed. We are very lucky to have known him, even if it wasn’t for long. May you rest in peace, Vijay. Thank you for your kindness always.
