Well it’s time to say goodbye it’s been such an amazing rollercoaster of 35 years of knowing you, we all missing you so so much , you was a one off , a rebel a free spirit, you broke most rules!! But you had the most kindest heart and would give anyone your last fiver, I will keep our kids and grandchildren close to me , I will never ever forget you and the funny good times we shared , I will do you proud ! Watch over us all and we will meet again rest now time for you to rest

Allan was a kind man and full of life xx he was also a nutter in he’s own right xx lol going to miss him a great deal xx may you now rest in peace xx

Uncle Allan, You came into my life at a time when I needed family the most! You madesure I was taken care of at dads funeral and introduced me to your beautiful family. You said I was just like your Molly, with fake tan and lashes, and her and sissy think they are the boss of you. And after meeting them I could tell they definitely were! And they adored you as much as you adored them. You turned up at my house with a cross that had been blessed when my baby was in the hospital, and I took it with me everyday. You showed up for me more times than people I have known my whole life. You, uncle Allan, are one of a kind. You will be more than missed. Rest in Peace Uncle Allan

Rip Allan Met you as a kid hanging around with Warren and Joe in Nutbrowne Road Used to annoy you knocking on your door early asking for Warren and Joe to come out lol Didn’t see you for years but I bumped into you as a man and you had all the time in the world for me and had a chat Asking what I was up to and how I’d been and if I was still a little sod haha..a man with a great sense of humour May you rest in peace Al

I remember Allan from schooldays and from any reunions we had. He was always the funny guy, always swearing and making everyone laugh with his (sometimes) outrageous remarks! A real one off who was a genuinely lovely person. He will be sadly missed but very fondly remembered. How could you ever forget Allan? Not possible. Will be thinking of you all tomorrow. Always the life and soul Allan. Could bring a smile to any face. Met him at Barking Abbey first year seniors and have kept in touch on and off since then. He begged myself and Andy Emerson to arrange a school reunion which we did and he loved. Attended his 60th birthday and am so sad for his friends and family. Give him a good send off as I am unable to attend

I met Allan first year of Barking Abbey, we all became firm mates, great gang of boys and girls doing what teenagers do…. we all grew up. I moved to New Zealand but with the power of the internet we all found each other and have stayed in touch over the 40 years, not as much as we should/could have. I have very fond memories of Allan, he always made me laugh, but always had a caring word to say at special times. Rest easy my friend.

My G. Can’t believe I’m writing a message on a virtual page for you. If you were here now I’d tell you how gay this was . It’s slowly becoming real that you aren’t here. I don’t know what to do with myself. I’m so lost without you dad, nothing feels right. Everything reminds me of you. Praying we’ve done you proud and give you the best send off. First met my old mate al about 11 yrs ago when we was working at 1st in rail our gang had been laid off the tracks for a bit so they sent us to the shard to do a load a digging..well our usual driver had packed it in so we got a new driver and along came along allan Everytime we filled the van up for al to take away to the tip it took the old boy an hour and a half every time he went a trip that the other driver only half hour was taking al 3 times aslong..bloody drove us all mad at the time but as time went along and me and al both being from barking we and a couple a mad sods we hit it right off and formed a bond which il forever hold dearly in my heart..we had a load a laughs on the way with all his usual shpill..when he had a night off he,d always turn to me and say”im going to the pub tonight danny boy..gunna meet a few birds tell few lies then go home….well al my old mate thats no more turning it round now mate..csn only turn it around so much ❤️thank you for all the favours you did for me al but most of all thank you for the memories.its not goodbye al its see ya later aygunna miss you al..I LOVE ALLAN HYNES❤️FLY HIGH BRUV❤️XXX

To my special friend Alan of 47 years. l first met him all those years ago when l was working in the greengrocer shop called Bristows. One Saturday morning in walks this person, funny, loud and talking very fast, think he was excited he’d just finished work l still remember, Ford’s night shift, since then its been a pleasure knowing Alan Hynes for all those years, what a wonderful true friend. I met Allan in the 80s when I worked as a bar maid at the Jolly Fisherman. He stood out because he was always cheerful, mischievous but also kind and generous. He always took the time to wish my kids a happy birthday on Facebook, RIP Allan, I can’t believe you’re gone

Allan Allan my dearest Allan. As i am making my way down to Barking for your send off. I am trying to think of things we have done together. Then I thought it would be easier to list the things we haven’t done. I was reading our latest messages and you referred to me as your old dearest friend. I’ll accept that with the greatest memory, it was so good knowing you. We really had some great times together that we never stopped laughing. Sometimes it was a rollercoaster ride that never stopped rolling. Until we meet again. Love you forever my dear friend xxxx

I met big Al (aka dog shit) through working on the underground. He always brought a smile to my face, he was such a funny fella with a big heart. As soon as you would see him he would turn around to who ever was there and say something like look as this useless c*** We would have many laughs over the years and i thought the world of him. We would have so much banter over the sun dreamteam and the group chat was never dull with Al as he was always taking the piss out of someone or other. even when he was hundreds of points behind he would say do you want to settle your £20 side bet now for £19.50…last chance take it or leave it..I think the fact so many people turned up today for his funeral says a lot about a man. A loving family man with funny bones. He will be missed by all that knew him

I have known Allen and his brother Peter, His two sisters Gillian and Joanne since we went to St Joseph’s school in Barking, I especially remember Allen being the cheeky one out of the siblings and I remember the story of Allen going to scout camp where my aunt was the Akela and it was her first time taking a group of boys away and guess who fell in the river as soon as they arrived and had to be taken back home, yes the cheeky one Allen, when I was older I met a family from the Linton’s who were very friendly with the parents Teresa, Joe who we knew as Paddy So I got to know the whole family, I probably knew Allen the least out of all of them but I have fond memories of this family and I was very saddened to hear of the passing of Allen and I offer my sincere condolences to his children and grandchildren, I was at the service today and you really gave him a good send off , Much love to you all God Bless Allen xxx
