The family wishes to extend deep gratitude to all, for the prayers, support, comforting messages, calls, flowers, cards and gifts during this time of bereavement.
The service will take place in the private Belvedere Suite & Terrace on the right hand side of Pembroke Lodge in Richmond Park TW105HX. There is a large free car park at Pembroke Lodge and also a public cafe and facilities if you arrive early. Please be at The Belvedere Suite around 11:30 for a 12:00 start. There is a Cloakroom, Facilities and outdoor Terrace overlooking Richmond Park.
We ask everyone to please be seated from 11.50 am to be ready inside when Hearse/Immediate Family arrive. The funeral service will end at 1.00 with departure of the Hearse and everyone is welcome to stay together with the family for refreshments and a buffet lunch. A private cremation will be held with internment in Dorset at a later date.
Travelling long distance into the London area will be much quieter on Monday night by Car or Train than on Tuesday morning. Nearest Underground/Overground Station is Richmond (Taxi to venue). There is a wide range of reasonably priced accommodation available in Richmond and Wimbledon (about 30 mins apart) in Pubs, B&Bs and Hotels but if you need help please don’t hesitate to ask.

The funeral service will be followed by refreshments and a buffet lunch at Pembroke Lodge. Guests are also welcome to return to Mhairi & John’s house for drinks and sharing memories of Eddie later. Please let us know if you will be coming back and ask for address/directions if needed.
