Remembering our beautiful mum Elizabeth "Libby"
 
She was born in Glasgow, Scotland in 1960 and moved to England at 1 years old where she settled in Fulham, South West London with her Mother June and Stepfather Peter.
 
She was the oldest of 3 with her younger brother Peter and little sister Kim.
 
She married Gary Adams in 1984 and had 2 children, Brooke in 1985 and Luke in 1987.
 
Whilst she and Gary are now divorced, they remained the best of friends and both enjoyed spoiling their 4 Grandchildren Aiden, Maya, Matthew and Freddie.
 
Elizabeth, also known as "Libby" was always a huge music lover and spent many nights listening to the old classics. Some of her personal favourites were The Carpenters, Patsy Cline and more recently Toni Braxton.
 
She left us at the young age of 63 after a short battle with cancer but spent her final days with her close family at The Royal Trinity Hospice in Clapham, South West London.
 
This is a wonderful organisation and the family have chosen them as their nominated charity should you wish to make a donation in her name.
 
She will live on forever in our hearts and we welcome you to share your photos and memories of Libby below.

Libby and I were friends for 38 years and spent some great times together. She was such a generous person with a big heart and would always be there for me, she would do anything for anyone and I’m so thankful for our friendship, and proud she was my friend. I will cherish our memories forever. Heartbreaking, Rest in Peace my beautiful friend. Till we meet again. love and miss you. Good night my minx x

My beautiful big sister ♥️ Libby was a very kind big sister she spent many hours playing with me making furniture for my dolls house with cassette tapes, tissue paper and Sellotape. We listen to the top ten EVERY SUNDAY! i’m very grateful for all the wonderful memories I have as a child shared with my beautiful brother and sister. I will miss you Libby, love you forever xxxxxxxxxxx
