Obituary

About Endurance 's Life

Rev Endurance Charity Tham is the third child of Mr Stephen Tham and Ms Julianna Asare of Bessed Memory. Following her birth on  Friday 11th March 1958, she lived happily with her family until her Dad’s untimely death in 1960s and she and her late younger sister, Larthebea, relocated to Sekondi in Ghana, where they lived and were raised by Grandma Florence  Stephens and her family.  On completion of her GSCE, she pursued a 3 year  course in Home Economics at the Aburi Presbyterian Women’s College of Higher Education. Following her successful completion, she taught in a number of schools in Ghana and eventually left for Gambia to seek greener pastures. She was invited by Vicky to London in the 1990s, where she established her home. She was later joined by her only child, Frank. Endurance worked so hard and ended up as an ordained minister of the gospel due to her passion in the area of intercession. She undertook a number of pursuits in life including an undergraduate and master’s programme.  She was an interpreuneur who had a number of businesses including a Care Agency. Her determination to make positive changes in her life is admired by many who came into contact with her. She had strong faith and failed to compromised this when life challenges was at it’s peak. She left behind a wonderful daughter in law, Revekka and 2 adorable grandsons – Francis and Emmanuel.  We miss you soo much. God be with you till we meet again.
