Francis Baah

Francis Yaw Sireboe Baah was born at West Middlesex Hospital in Isleworth, on the 25th of March, 1971. His Parents were Sarah and Michael Baah of Blessed memory. The family subsequently returned to Ghana shortly after his birth. Following his basic Primary Education, he attended, The Prestigious Achimota Secondary School in Accra Ghana, from 1986 to 1990 with successful completion of the fifth form. On his subsequent return to England, he attended Sixth form at Bloomsbury College in London. Following this, he continued his studies at Kingston University London, where he attained a Bachelor of Engineering, as first degree, with a focus on Aircraft Technology. Subsequent Post Graduate Studies, in the mid to late 90s, was initially in Information Technology in Business at University of Lincoln, and then awarded an MSc in Advanced Manufacturing Technology Systems, at Nottingham Trent University. Francis obtained gainful employment within the Security Industry, and undertook relevant official training courses , obtaining his Security Industry Authority (SIA) Credentials, that were crucial to his job. Wherever he worked, He left an indelible mark of his personality, great discipline and work ethos going above and beyond in all areas and auspices of his job. Notably his work in the industry, saw him contracted to SKY Television Studios, for a number of years where he performed exemplarily in his job gaining the respect and admiration of Peers, Directors and Presenters gaining Accolades which included Bronze and Silver Awards and various email correspondences amongst his Department Heads. What became his final posting before his untimely demise, was with Toyota Logistics in Coventry, where the common themes we have heard about from his Bosses, pertain to the Great Commitment, positivity and success he carved into his work ethic. It was said to us by his Bosses that Francis was well liked and respected in this job also. Francis loved life and had a passion for Aircraft, Fast cars, various Electronic gadgets and Haute couture. He loved to converse about topics from Politics to the latest occurrences in the news, spirituality and the meaning of life. He will be remembered for his generous spirit, and sometimes youthful exuberance in His investigation into various aspects of our existence here on earth. Francis’ legacy of service and great diligence and commitment in his work, his generous heart and youthful spirit will always remain a part of us. Francis became unwell at work on Monday the 17th of June 2024 and was rushed to Coventry Hospital, where he passed peacefully on Saturday 22nd of June 2024. Francis’ untimely passing has come as a great shock to Everyone, as He was tentatively coming to terms with the loss of his dear Mother. He was making plans, and looking forward positively to the future. In it all, we give Thanks to the Merciful Almighty God for his life, and for receiving Francis back to be with Him. As a family, though extremely devastated by his demise, we remain extremely touched and comforted by the love and support shown towards Francis upon the demise of Mum. He spoke fondly of this always and found it a great source of comfort knowing that Everyone present, did truly care about him even though he had previously lost touch with many of them. Francis is survived by his sister, Nana Abenah Jones, nephew Mikayah, and several Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, Nieces, Nephews, In-Laws and family of Dear Friends, who in various ways supported him through their prayers and meaningful conversations with him. We extend our Sincerest heartfelt appreciation and Thanks to All of You, our dear friends (who are), our Extended Family here, for Your continued love and support . Sincerest appreciation to our Aunts, Uncles Cousins, and Entire Family, here, USA, Ghana and abroad, who have stood with us, and supported us in diverse ways; We remain truly Grateful.
