Gerald Weekes died on the 15th December 2022 peacefully at home with his family. He was 92 years old.
Gerald was an extremely hard worker. He was a bricklayer by trade and didn’t retire until he was in his 70s. He loved his work and took extreme pride in it. He also knew how to relax when he was not working and you would often find him at the front, talking to the neighbours and playing his favourite music.
Gerald was a loving husband, father, brother and friend.
He will be truly missed.

You were an Uncle with an amazing character and lived a full life. I will forever cherish the memories we shared especially the regular Sunday phone calls which I always looked forward to. You will forever be my “Handsome” Uncle Gerry. May the angels welcome you home. Rest peacefully.
