I met mum a few years ago at Bukky’s engagement, she was such a kind, helpful calm mum. She made us all feel welcome and entertained. Then I met her again a few years later at Samuel’s birthday. Same calm, kind person o. My daughter was serenading us with her constant exercising of her lungs and I was getting stressed out. Mum calmly took her off me and that was it. No more lung exercises for the rest of the day. I didn’t see her in years and not before her passing but when I think of her, I am truly grateful for those moments we shared and her support. I know the heavenly realm is rejoicing at your arrival. Sleep well ma and may your soul rest in peace in Jesus name. Amen.

Mummy! I can’t believe you are gone. Mummy was such a vibe. So warm, so motherly, and so wise. I got to know Mummy whilst in college with Bukky, and as 17 years old, we were trying to have some fun. Back in the days of house parties… I remember an occasion when Bukky and I were doing hot girls and dressed the part, ready to say our goodbyes quickly to mummy. Little did we know that mummy had waited for us calmly in the living room. As we said our goodbyes, she calmly asked us to take off our coats….you can imagine the rest of the story. Mummy raised her girls to present themselves decently regardless of the occasion. And it didn’t matter if you were her biological daughter or not. Mummy, we love and appreciate your motherly care. May your gentle soul rest in his heavenly bosom.

I have known mama Leke as she was fondly called by those who were close to her for so many years from Nigeria till when we met in London again. It was so shocking and saddened when I heard her passing. Mama Leke was an honest, firm ,faithful, disciplined and a very good mother to the core, she would go at any length and at all cost to care for her children, and that’s what I cherished most about her and a very good advisor. May her soul rest in perfect peace,and may God grant her eternal rest,and comfort the children she left behind on all sides.Sun re o Adieu mama Leke.

My dearest and longest friend since primary school, my deep deep condolences. We know that Mummy is only sleeping and she will awake at the resurrection when we shall meet again and never to part. So we do not sorrow as the world does, though we miss our loved ones, we are confident that they are in a better place. My heartfelt prayers are with you and your siblings during this season. May the end of this righteous woman be blessed indeed and the legacy that she has left behind (in the form of her children) always call her Blessed.

Thanking God for Mummy’s full, beautiful life and a big heart she had to love. Mum was always smiling and always had a word of encouragement for you. I can never forget your kindness to me and my husband when we just got married almost 20 years ago. I know you will be so missed but your legacy and memories will forever be cherished. Bukky, I pray for God’s continued strength and comfort for you and your family always.

We serve a wonderful and consistent God and in His Kingdom and in His time everything makes sense and works together for our good! ‘He always shows up on time whatever the circumstances! My heartfelt condolence on the passing away of mummy. I met mum through Bukky over 18 years ago. Mum was always peaceful, kind and always had a lovely smile. I remember Bukky telling that mom made Eko and other business which says a lot about her work ethics. I pray that the good Lord will comfort and strength the entire family and surround you all with his peace that surpasses all understanding in Jesus name.
