Jennifer's Life Story
Jennifer was born on 2nd December 1931 and lived in Nutfield, near Bletchingly, before moving to London to work in advertising. It was here where she was 'discovered' by the photographer Norman Eales and became a photographic fashion model. During this time she met her husband, David Soley, and together they enjoyed an active social life, travel and motor-racing. They later moved to Kingston Hill, with their two children, Mark and Amanda. They were married for over 60 years.
Jennifer was an accomplished tennis player, competing in Junior Wimbledon and she enjoyed being a long-term member of The Queen's Club.
She was a fun-loving mother, who will be sadly missed by all her family.

(2)I received the news of Jeniffer’s death from Amanda with a bit of a shock as she looked well to me when I visited her on her Birthday 2nd December. I don’t think there is ever a right time to lose a loved one no matter the age or ill health and I was never ready to hear this news,its taken me a while for Jeniffer’s death to sink in. I was so much privileged to have been Jeniffer’s carer because she was someone with such a beautiful soul,her sense of humour and affable nature made our relationship more of friends than a client and a carer. Jennifer, I have so many lovely memories of the time I’ve known you,occasionally getting the little telling offs for doing the wrong thing(getting a bit distracted with my phone) when we were supposed to be chatting. You never called me by my name because you preferred to call me sweetheart that was how lovely you were to me. I will forever cherish my last visit to you on your birthday when you were so grateful to me with the birthday card and chocolate I brought to you,that was your nature,you always appreciated every little thing I did for You. I will forever miss you my Dear Jennifer and may your Beautiful soul RIP
Thanks so much Joana, as always. Your care and consideration to Mum, both when she was at home as well as in the nursing home, was second to none. We’re so very grateful.
