I have such fond memories of Mick from my childhood, he was such a cool dad who always made me laugh. I remember going into his shed at the back of his garden once and was completely awe struck by what a talented painter he was. He will be terribly missed, my thoughts and prayers are with all of his beautiful family.

I worked with Mick for over 15 years. he made me laugh and cry so many times at work with his stories and jokes that it was a pleasure to be on his shift When Mick had early retirement at Chelsea, I lost a travel partner a good hard working colleague, but a best mate also. He will be missed. Now, hopefully, he makes heaven even happier place to be. God bless you, Mick. Condolences to all the family.

Im not sure any words can do Mick justice. He was such a larger than life character with a great sense of humour. Growing up he would always be the loudest parent cheering Shiloh and us girls on at football, always sneaking in the pictures getting right involved with us girls on a night out and generally one of the nicest men I know.Always cracking a joke and putting a smile on everyone’s face. He will surely be missed by many ❤️. RIP Mick
