Aunty Moji, what can I say? I am saddened. I am lost for words.. So sad to write this and acknowledge, I gasped. My memory takes me immediately to a child in Nigeria. My Aunty who brought sweets from abroad… real sweets, lollipops with real endless flavour! Ah?! I also recall the crew of nurses’ at Nigeria Airways get ready at my house for outings. Your make up was always stunning! I watched in awe. Even at today’s standards, no one compares with make up skills like you and when it came time to tie the Gele…It was like magic! They say through the eyes of a child… well these eyes of an adult, once a child, cried today. I haven’t seen you in years but you helped frame who I am today. The innocence, kindness and pure love that you effortless glowed is a loss for all mankind. I mourn for what you did, without knowing. God bless you endlessly. May you rest in perfect peace ❤️

Sister Moji!!!!!!! What can I say? Fine lady with poise and charisma! The news of your ailment and demise came as a shock to me. You were part of our Nigeria Airways “inner caucus” in Medical Services Department, and even though we weren’t in constant communication when you relocated to The UK, I’m glad I was able to visit you and spent quality time with you in Lagos some time ago before you took ill. You’ll be surely missed by all of us that love you. May our good Lord grant you eternal rest, and your family and loved ones, the fortitude to bear the loss.❤️

*Tribute to Yeye-Oba (Mrs) Mojisola Olubunmi Onasanya* With a heart full of gratitude and deep emotion, I write this tribute to a truly remarkable woman, Yeye-Oba (Mrs) Mojisola Olubunmi Onasanya who is was more than a sister-in-law to me but a pillar of love, kindness, and unwavering support.  I remember with great warmth how she and her late husband would always make out time to visit I and my late husband whenever we came to London. Those moments were not just visits they were expressions of genuine love, care, and family bond. She made us feel welcomed, valued, and deeply cherished. One of the most unforgettable acts of her kindness was during the illness of my late husband. She opened her home to him and cared for him with such dedication, tenderness, and patience while I could not be there because of lock down then. She gave her time, strength, and heart without hesitation. In those difficult moments, she became a source of comfort and hope, standing by us; me, Doyin and Oba Odunaiya when we needed it most. Yeye-Oba was a woman of rare grace and generosity. Her love was practical, sacrificial, and sincere. She touched lives quietly but powerfully, leaving behind memories that will never fade. Though words cannot fully capture the depth of her impact, we remain forever grateful for the love she showed and the life she lived. Her legacy of kindness and compassion will continue to live on in our hearts. May her gentle soul rest in perfect peace. Mrs Yemisi Odunaiya

What can we say unto the Lord…we give Him thanks in all things. Thank God for the life and times of my dear Aunt. Aunty Moji loved and cared for family passionately; I remember how as a child, I looked forward to her coming to visit with goodies. She was a disciplinarian and despite living many years abroad, she cherished our culture and tradition and sought every opportunity to teach same. We thank God for everything. Continue to rest in the Lord. Ayodeji Oloye

There is a time for everything, a time to live and a time to die. Mojisola, you lived well sharing generously among your colleagues and classmates. Right from our days at Afrograms Abeokuta you showed early signs of love and comradeship. Even from your base in UK you were very active, responding to your obligations and responsibllities. You are a woman of strong faith and I pray that Almighty God will grant you eternal rest. God will keep your legacy flourishing. Adieu
