Jolanta has passed away on the 10th of May due to Multiple Myeloma she had been fighting for just over a year and a half.
She passed away beside her family and was comfortable. She kept up positive attitude all the way till the end.
The family would like for everyone to remember Jolanta exactly the way she was; always with a smile on her face, love for flowers, being real and lets not forget her amazing dress sense.

The service will last 30minutes in the East Chapel. That is the meeting point.
Please DO NOT bring flowers - Only if you wish to keep them after service I do not want to waste flowers (that mum loved). Please feel free to keep a bouquet at home while they last in mums memory.
If you wish to purchase flowers and keep them mums favourite flowers are Peonies.

By car: Signs show the turn-off to Stag Lane leading to the vehicle entrance, which is just beyond ASDA supermarket. There is ample free parking close to the chapel including designated disabled bays. Put postcode SW15 3DZ in your sat-nav at the start of your journey.
By public transport: Buses from Putney – bus 265 travels from Putney Bridge via Roehampton and the 85 bus travels from Putney Bridge via Putney train station. Both stop at the Putney Vale Cemetery bus stop. The journey takes about 20 minutes depending on traffic

Wake will be at a nearby pub in Roehampton which is
Kings Head from 16:00 to 18:00
