Obituary

About Paul's Life

About their life…

Paul was born in Hackney and lived there until 2001. He was the third of six boys whom were raised single handedly by Monica. He and his brothers spent much of the childhood with local friends, in and out of each others houses. The boys played regular tricks on each other and their mum.

After leaving school he went to work for Barclays Bank and worked in a variety of roles until he was made redundant in June 2022.

In 1997 he met Barbara in a dodgy nightclub. They moved in together in 2001, with Paul becoming stepdad to Emily and Ben. They bought their house in Walthamstow the following year. In August 2003 their daughter Lauren was born; this was the happiest day of Paul’s life. Paul and Barbara married in 2005.

Paul was a lifelong Liverpool supporter and later in life grudgingly came to appreciate cricket due to Barbara’s perseverance!

Since leaving work Paul and Barbara enjoyed their free time; keeping fit, visiting museums and pub lunches on Fridays.
