RIP Pauline xxx I may have only know you a short time , you made me feel like a old friend. Sorry I didn’t get to bring you them green grapes ❤️
Pauline, I never saw you as often as I would have liked. Since your lovely mum, my aunt Ivy, passed away, you have been the central part of our family. I treasure the few times a year that we talked and caught up on our journeys. I will miss those chats very much. I can’t imagine how your family, especially Les, who has been your life partner for so many years will deal with the loss, but I am sure you will be with them every day, as I still feel my husband around me. They are an integral part of us. I remember sleeping with you the night before your wedding. Just before we went to sleep. I said,” just think, you will be in bed with Les tomorrow night ” and you went from calm to bag of nerves. If I remember rightly, you woke up with something like measles. You have always made a beautiful couple, which is reflected in the wonderful children you have. God bless you. Lots of love Sue xxxx
Hi polly Its lullabelle (Wendy woo) you was there for me since I was 7 months old. My mum relied on you so much. I hope you’re playing rummy together. You with a vermouth and mum with a martini rose. god bless my angel and sleep tight

To Les and all the family. I am so sorry for your loss. Pauline was wonderful to work with at the opticians. She had a very friendly manner with everyone who came in for eye tests. She always kept in touch with me over the years and it was always great to catch up with her. Peter
Pauline, It will truly be a very different March this year. You were always the 1st one to wish me happy birthday as it was on the next day after yours. May you be at peace….
Pauline, I am glad I had the privilege to work with you and get to know you in person. When I first met you, I felt I know you for a very long time, it was great working with you, Your loving, caring and sweet nature made you more mumsy like and you liked it when I used to say you are like my second mum. These last few years has been very up and down for both of us. We shared our thoughts, comforted each other and hoped for the best. It is hard to know that I won’t be getting any text messages or calls from you, I will miss you very much. I will always cherish the lovely memories we had. May your beautiful soul rest in peace.
Pauline, you were such a warm and wonderful soul with the most beautiful heart. You were always so supportive and there with some wise advice whenever anyone needed it. Today we say farewell to you but in truth your friendship and warmth will stay with us always. You truly were one in a million and I will miss you and our chats endlessly. RIP Pauline Shamila
