Stephen was taken from us too soon, He was a beloved Father, Grandfather, Son, Brother and Friend. During this time, Stephen would want us to celebrate his life and also live our lives to the fullest.

My name is Niamh and I’m Stephen’s oldest daughter. My Dad was so strong and a very proud Irish man. He had never forgotten his Dublin roots although living in London for 23 years. Now, life can change at any moment and I think we can learn that from my late dad. He always seized the opportunities he was given. Dad had always prioritised putting others before himself and loved to make everyone laugh. I think we all have different memories of my dad, but one thing I will always remember is the smile he had on his face. Even through his trials and tribulations he had always stayed positive and looked for the best in the world. Dad had always loved his music, it was either playing in the background or he would hop onto the microphone himself. This was Defiently him in his element. Now when I listen to songs I remember him playing I always see him being himself. You was taken too soon from us Dad and will forever be dearly missed.

I was Dubs neighbour at 6 nicoll road we spent over 3 years living at the same premises we spent alot of time together as friends and neighbour. I tried to support him at one point. I am really sorry to hear of dubs passing and sending out my deepest condolences to all of his family. God bless Claire Walker

I did watch Steven (Dubs) beautiful send off and you all did so well. Sorry I couldn’t attend, everyone did such beautiful eurolgy of his life and times shared and those funny moments we all had the privilege of knowing. He will be so missed. Rest in peace Dubs go fly your wings ✝️
