It is always difficult to write about one who has now gone. I only met Thomas in the hospital for a few days last November. We had beds in the same ward, side by side, for six days, and chatted a fair bit together. Apart from a striking similarity in our surnames (Purcell and Ursell), I think we got on very well indeed. Heartfelt faith in God produces a very stabilising, comforting effect on any and all who turn to Christ. Most sincere condolences to all who loved such a remarkable person. Fred Ursell
