He went on to study in India before moving to London in February 1968. He met and married Kiran in 1972 and they lived in Tooting in London before moving to Basingstoke in Hampshire. Yash and Kiran had two daughters Reshma and Chetna and were married for 20 years. In 1992, Yash moved back to Tooting where he spent the rest of his life.
Yash was very healthy and active and went to the gym everyday. He loved going to the library and reading about politics (especially American) and discussing topical issues in the news.
Yash adored his daughters and granddaughters and was cherished by them. He had a big heart and his love, laughter and generosity will be truly missed.
May he rest in peace and may God rest his soul.
