About Audenshaw Cemetery
Audenshaw Cemetery is the most recently established of Tameside's seven cemeteries, having opened in 1905. Located on Cemetery Road in Audenshaw, it is a multi-denominational lawn cemetery with a Garden of Remembrance for the scattering of cremated remains and the placement of memorial plaques. No chapel is available on site. It serves the communities of Audenshaw and Denton on the southern edge of the Tameside borough.
Grave leases are provided from 100 years, with extensions usually available from the cemetery.
